Crab Snacks!

Last night, my sister and I went to Chinatown for dinner and pick up some prepared foods for today’s lunch. There’s this one market called Kam Man that’s been there for as long as I can remember and they’ve improved a lot on the offerings since the days of my childhood. Interested in getting some snacks, we walk down said aisle and see these little guys:



I kid you not, they are really tiny crabs that got crispified into snacks. And to think that there was a limit to what could be jerkified/ fried/ dried/ baked/ etc and made into a snack. Leave it to the Japanese to come up with this :3
