First Jewelry Demo!
Omg.... I'm on my way to do a jewelry demo at Michaels. I'm actually nervous! Come by the Columbus Ave. location and show me some support!

More Shameless Self Promoting! :D Jewelry in August!
Yes, yes. This is work... Really... :D If you've read my post about this month's classes then, so you know, this is the same drill as that. $25 gets you 2 hours of instruction by yours truly on the basics of Jewelry making. I actually made some things so as soon as I can, I will post up the pics to show you what you can learn to make yourself ^_^
Fundamentals of Wire Wrapping:
Monday 8/1, 8/15 & 8/29 at 6 - 8pm
Saturday 8/6, 8/13, 8/20, & 8/27 at 1 - 3pm
Fundamentals of Bead Stringing:
Saturday 8/6 & 8/20 at 10am - 12pm

Jewelry Classes for July 2011
Hi all! I wanted to share the news that I am now a certified Michaels jewelry instructor and if you're in the NYC area, you can sign up to take a course from me :D I work out of the Columbus Ave. location (808 Columbus Ave.) and below is my current class schedule.
All classes are 2 hours and each class costs $25. You will have to register in person as each Michaels location has a different schedule. If these days work for you, just come on by and sign up at the registers. Once you do so, they can guide you through the rest of the registration process. Hope to see you there!
Fundamentals of Wire Wrapping: Make a lovely pair of dangle earrings for any occasion
Saturday 7/23 & 7/30 at 1-3pm
Monday 7/25 at 6-8pm
Fundamentals of Bead Stringing: Learn to create a simple yet elegant bracelet using beads and memory wire
Saturday 7/23 & 7/30 at 3-5pm
Sunday 7/24 & 7/31 at 5-7pm
Fundamentals of Knotting: Great technique that I can show you to make awesome Summer bracelets using beads and hemp rope!
Saturday 7/23 & 7/30 at 10am-12pm
Wednesday 7/27 at 7-9pm
Fundamentals of Crimping: Make your very own necklace using those funky lil beads that your squish together and create the illusion of floating beads
